With 15 years of firefighting experience (medically retired) and a background with companies like Buca de Beppo, Best Buy, Big O Tires, Colorado National Speedway, Lockheed Martin, Siemens Energy, Siemens Mobility, Siemens Gamiesa, Amazon and EMCOR. I am dedicated to delivering exceptional safety expertise that not only protects individuals but also fosters kindness in every interaction. We helped the largest online retailer in the world with their poor injury trends. We were given a warehouse site with roughly 2000 people a just over a million sq ft and was utilized as a sort center. We were able to work with them over the course of a year and reduced their year over year injury trends (FAIR and RIR) by over 50%. Kind Safety Consulting (KSC) was hired to help a fortune 500 facilities management company with safety infrastructure but it's hard to know what you need when you don't know yourself what you have or don't have. We were able to go in and assess the business, recognize and make recommendations for implementation. They decided that they wanted to move forward with KSC to carry out the implementation. Things like Job Hazard Assessments, Electrical Glove Program, Hearing Conservation, PPE Assessment/Standardization, various operational process improvements and much more.
